The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has detained Ghana’s former Minister for Finance, Mr. Ken Ofori-Atta, over issues relating to the status of his current stay in the United States. In a public notice issued by his legal representatives, Minkah-Premo, Osei-Bonsu, Bruce-Cathline & Partners (OBB), the law firm confirmed that the detention occurred yesterday and stressed that the matter is purely administrative.
