Qatar Airways has temporarily suspended all flight operations to Doha following the closure of Qatari airspace, the airline has confirmed.
In a statement issued by the airline, operations to and from Doha will remain suspended until midnight UTC today. The decision comes as authorities continue to manage the airspace closure, with the airline working closely with government stakeholders and relevant agencies to restore normal operations once clearance is granted.
Passengers have been advised to expect delays even after services resume. The airline is urging travelers to check the latest flight updates on its official website or via the Qatar Airways mobile application before heading to the airport.

At Hamad International Airport, additional ground staff have been deployed to assist affected passengers. The airline says it is making all necessary arrangements to reduce inconvenience during the disruption.
Qatar Airways emphasized that the safety and well-being of passengers and employees remain its top priority. Customers affected by the suspension have the option to request refunds or rebook their flights within the next seven days.
The airline assured travelers that further updates will be communicated as more information becomes available.
