National Service Authority Clarifies Flagged Status of Personnel; Assures Swift Resolution
The Management of the National Service Authority (NSA) has moved to reassure stakeholders and affected personnel following concerns over the recent flagging of some service personnel within its system.
In a statement issued in Accra, the Authority explained that the flagged statuses form part of a routine technical exercise aimed at strengthening its internal audit mechanisms and sanitising the payroll system.
According to the NSA, a small percentage of records within the payment framework were identified as containing anomalies and were subsequently flagged pending further verification.
