Afenyo-Markin Attends ARS Annual Convention, Donates GHS 30,000

The Member of Parliament for Efutu Constituency and Minority Leader of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Alexander Afenyo-Markin, has attended the annual convention of the Apostles Revelation Society (ARS) held at Tadzewu in the Ketu North Constituency of the Volta Region.

Addressing members of the church during the convention, Mr. Afenyo-Markin expressed appreciation for the invitation and commended the leadership and congregation of ARS for their commitment to spiritual growth and community development.

In support of the church’s ongoing efforts to construct a permanent place of worship, the Minority Leader made a donation of GH₵30,000 towards the church building project. He noted that religious institutions play an important role in promoting moral values, unity, and social cohesion within communities.

The leadership of the Apostles Revelation Society expressed their gratitude to Mr. Afenyo-Markin for his presence and generous contribution, describing it as a significant boost to the church’s construction efforts.

The annual ARS convention brought together members from across the country for prayer, worship, and discussions on faith and development.
