Police Arrest Suspects in Motorbike Snatching Incident at Sibakon Down
The Eastern Regional Police Command has arrested two suspects in connection with a robbery incident that occurred at Sibakon Down near Comet Estate on January 18, 2026.
According to police reports, personnel from the Regional Police Intelligence Directorate tracked and arrested a key suspect, Kwabla Egblorgbe Gadoglo Mohammed, also known as Moha, aged 31, at his hideout in Afienya on February 13, 2026.
Preliminary investigations indicate that Mohammed and an accomplice, now deceased, hired the services of an okada rider, Muntari Zakari, from Kwabenya to Sibakon Hospital. The suspects reportedly attacked the rider, robbing him of his iPhone 13 Pro and his unregistered Royal motorbike.
