February 2026 Allowance Paid to National Service Personnel

The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the successful payment of allowances for February 2026 to National Service Personnel (NSP) across the country.

In an official statement released on Monday, April 13, 2026, the Authority confirmed that all eligible personnel have received their payments. Service personnel have been advised to check their GhanaPay accounts to verify the disbursement.

According to the NSA, the payment covers multiple categories of personnel under the 2025/2026 service year. These include general enrolment personnel, continuing nurses, and teachers who have completed their national service.

The Authority further disclosed that personnel who had previously been flagged due to various issues—but have since resolved them—have also been duly paid as part of this exercise.

Addressing concerns about subsequent payments, the NSA indicated that the Controller and Accountant-General’s Department has assured that the March 2026 allowances will be released soon. The Authority pledged to ensure immediate disbursement once the funds are received.

Management of the NSA reaffirmed its commitment to improving the timeliness and efficiency of allowance payments. It also expressed appreciation to all National Service Personnel for their patience, cooperation, and continued dedication to national development.

The statement comes as a relief to thousands of service personnel nationwide who rely on these monthly allowances for their upkeep while contributing to various sectors of the Ghanaian economy.
