A suspected armed robber has been killed during a targeted anti-robbery operation by the Ghana Police Service at Ejura in the Ashanti Region. The operation, conducted on March 18, 2026, by the Police Intelligence Directorate, was based on intelligence gathered on a group of armed robbers believed to be responsible for a series of attacks on residents and commuters in the area.
