Five communities in Agotime-Ziope District declared open defecation free

The Volta Regional Inter-Agency Coordinating Committee on Sanitation, has declared five communities in the Agotime-Ziope District as open defecation free areas. These communities are; Agorhokpo, Wuvi Number One, Gbeleme, Dohia Number One and Dohia Number Two, who attained the status through the help of Agotime-Ziope Area Programme of World Vision Ghana. The vice presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, will begin a two-day campaign tour of the Volta Region on Tuesday.
