EC says it’s ready for special voting, December poll
The Electoral Commission (EC) in the Krachi West Constituency of the Oti Region has announced its preparedness ahead of the upcoming special voting on Monday, and the general elections on December 7.
In an interview, Mr. Isaac Buckman, the EC Officer in charge of the constituency, said officials have undergone extensive training to ensure a smooth electoral process.
"The training signifies our readiness for the 2024 general elections in Krachi West," he noted.
He gave assurance that the EC in the area is not experiencing any challenges and that security arrangements are firmly in place to ensure a peaceful and credible election.
