
The Ghana Police Service has retrieved a Toyota Highlander vehicle believed to have been used in the Adabraka Gold Jewellery Shop robbery which occurred in November 2024, as investigations into the high-profile case continue.
The vehicle was recovered on 15 January 2026 at Ashaiman Lebanon from its owner, Abdul Samid Larry, popularly known as “Touch,” who has been arrested in connection with the case. Police say the Toyota Highlander has been impounded as an exhibit to aid ongoing investigations.
The suspect is currently in lawful police custody assisting with investigations, as efforts intensify to determine his level of involvement and to track down other individuals connected to the robbery.
