The Ghana Police Service has arrested three persons in connection with a disturbing viral video that showed a two-year-old child being fed an alcoholic beverage at Kade in the Eastern Region.
The suspects, identified as Tawiah Precious, also known as T’ Moni (18), Emmanuel Dadzie, also called Shapiro (24), and Stephen Amoako (22), the biological father of the child, were arrested on Saturday, December 20, 2025. The arrests were carried out by officers of the Cyber Vetting and Enforcement Team at Okumani, a suburb of Kade, following sustained intelligence-led operations.
The two-year-old victim has since been rescued and handed over to the Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU) at Asamankese for care and protection, pending reunification with the child’s mother.

All three suspects are currently in police custody and are expected to be arraigned before court to face charges. Meanwhile, police say efforts are ongoing to locate and arrest two additional suspects identified as Afram Bright, also known as Mogabe, and another individual known as Panyin, who are currently on the run.
The Ghana Police Service has reaffirmed its commitment to the safety and protection of children and urged the public to report acts that endanger the welfare of minors.
