The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mr Christian Tetteh Yohuno, has promoted two officers from the Tema Regional Police Command to their next ranks and awarded letters of commendation to five others in recognition of their exemplary service.
The promotions were granted in acknowledgment of the officers’ dedication, discipline and consistent commitment to operational excellence. The commendations were presented to five personnel whose professionalism and conduct in the line of duty were deemed deserving of special recognition.
This exercise forms part of the Ghana Police Service’s broader strategy to motivate personnel, uphold professionalism and reward excellence across all commands.
