Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club PLC has officially opened media accreditation for the much-anticipated Super Clash against arch-rivals Asante Kotoko. The high-profile match is scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
In a press release issued by Hearts Communications, the club invited all media houses interested in covering the event to submit their accreditation applications via email to communications@heartsofoaksc.com. Applications must be on the media company’s official letterhead, duly signed by the department head, and accompanied by a recent passport-size photograph of the applicant.
The deadline for submission is the close of day on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Late applications will not be entertained, and applications missing the required passport photograph will automatically be rejected.
Accreditation tags will be available for collection on Friday, May 2, 2025, at the Hearts of Oak Commercial Centre between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
The club also outlined the number of applicants allowed per media organization:
- Television: 2 applicants
- Radio: 1 applicant
- Print: 1 applicant
- Online: 1 applicant
- Photographers: 1 applicant
Hearts Communications emphasized that terms and conditions will apply to all accreditations.
This announcement sets the stage for what promises to be an electrifying encounter between two of Ghana’s most celebrated football clubs.
