Abutia Traditional Council pays courtesy call on Volta Regional Minister
A delegation from the Abutia Traditional Council has paid a courtesy call on the Volta Regional Minister, Mr. James Gunu, at the Residency in Ho to extend their congratulations and draw attention to key developmental challenges facing their communities.
The delegation was led by the Ho West District Chief Executive (DCE), Mr. Francis Profer Dusey, and included chiefs and elders of Abutia.
In their discussions, the delegation highlighted several pressing concerns such as; The poor condition of roads linking Abutia to other parts of the district has hampered transportation, access to markets, and socioeconomic development.
They said many communities in Abutia continue to struggle with limited access to potable water, posing health risks and affecting daily life.
