UBA Strengthens Leadership Team, Announces Key Executive Board Appointments and Retirements Effective January 1, 2026

United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) has announced significant changes to its Executive Board, following the completion of tenure by four long-serving Executive Directors. UBA Promotes Reading Culture Across Regions Ahead of Literacy Day

Students across Ghana are discovering new worlds through African literature, thanks to UBA Ghana commitment to education and youth development. As part of its flagship Read Africa Project, UBA has organized interactive reading clinics and donated rich collections of African books to selected schools, nurturing a strong reading culture and equipping students with tools for personal and academic growth. These initiatives come ahead of International Literacy Day in September. The beneficiary schools Fiaseman Senior High School, Accra Academy, and Osei Tutu Senior High School received book donations designed to broaden horizons, strengthen literacy skills, and unlock creativity among students.
