MTN Ghana donates hampers to Koforidua hospitals 

MTN Ghana has donated baby hampers to Hospitals in Koforidua, continuing a 14‑year tradition of supporting mothers and newborns during the Christmas season.    Mr. Ebenezer Okaikoi‑Tetteh, Team Lead and Territory Sales Controller for MTN Ghana in Koforidua, told the Ghana News Agency after a presentation at St. Joseph Hospital that the initiative formed part of a nationwide exercise.   “For the past 14 years, MTN has been sharing baby hampers. Normally we do it on 26th December for babies born on Christmas Day. MTN Ghana presents hampers to Christmas babies in Tamale

MTN Ghana has presented 30 hampers to babies born on Christmas Day; December 25, at the Tamale Teaching Hospital (TTH) and the Tamale West Hospital in the Northern Region.  The donation formed part of the company’s annual goodwill initiative to recognise babies born on December 25 and support their mothers during the festive season.  The hampers contained essential baby care items including diapers, wipes, detergents, comforters, feeding bowls, breastfeeding bottles, and other cosmetics.   At the TTH, 16 babies were delivered comprising nine males and seven females including some twin births.   Three mothers underwent emergency caesarean section while the rest had spontaneous vaginal deliveries.  The Tamale West Hos...

MTN Ghana, Bono branch donates hampers to 30 Xmas born babies    

The Bono Regional branch of MTN Ghana has presented Christmas packages to 30 babies on admission at the Sunyani Teaching and Berekum Holy Family Hospitals.The babies were born on Christmas Eve, December 25 and Boxing Day December 26, 2024, and each of them received a gift hamper containing diapers, baby soaps, feeding bottle, playing toy, washing powder, baby perfume and cotton bud and baby oil and dress.Describing the babies as special born, Mr Kofi Owusu, the Bono Regional Manager, MTN Ghana asked the parents to take good care of the babies.He indicated that the hospitals were chosen for the presentation because of their quality healthcare delivery and asked them to continue with that to improve health outcomes.Mr Owusu reminded the hospital authorities that MTN remained a business entit...
