Mr Francis Gesaloge Boyesa Okoro, the Oti Regional Disability Desk Coordinator, has been appointed as the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer at the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).
This appointment is a testament to his exceptional skills and experience in monitoring and evaluation, particularly in the context of public health programmes.
As Senior M&E Officer, Mr Boyesa would be responsible for leading technical staff in monitoring programme performances and results, as well as conducting data analysis to assess progress toward achieving Programme objectives and identifying areas for improvement.

Mr Boyesa’s new role would also include an oversight in preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders, including findings and recommendations.
Thousands of well wishes across the Oti Region, including the Krachi East Municipality, are pouring in congratulatory messages through various social media platforms for Mr Boyesa’s new appointment.
Many have expressed their joy and admiration for his achievement, saying that his hard work and dedication have truly paid off.
In a heartfelt Facebook post, Mr Boyesa thanked the Member of Parliament (MP) for the opportunity to serve in this capacity, expressing his gratitude that the appointment had put a “nice smile” on his face, gesture highlighting the importance of mentorship and support in career advancement.
