Mr Nelson Kofi Djabab, Member of Parliament (MP) for Krachi East constituency, has donated a 43-inch flat-screen Television to Oti Secondary Technical School.
The TV will be installed in the staff common room, enhancing access to information and news for both students and staff.
This donation is part of the MP’s ongoing efforts to support educational institutions in his constituency and the initiative is expected to benefit the school community by providing a valuable resource for staying informed about current events and educational programs.

He has further demonstrated his commitment to improving the lives of students at OSTECH by commissioning a mechanized borehole.
Speaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA), he explained that the borehole will provide a reliable source of clean water for the students, eliminating the need for them to visit nearby filling stations searching for water during class hours.
The students, including Joana Watawii, have expressed their gratitude to the law maker for commissioning a mechanized borehole at the school.
The students noted that the borehole will save them time and effort previously spent searching for water at nearby places during lessons hours; they can now focus on their studies and make the most of their time.
The headmaster of Oti secondary technical school (OSTECH), Mr. Elias Siabi Kwao, has highlighted the challenges facing the school, including inadequate infrastructure.
He cited a classroom block that has been converted into a staff common room, which is equipped with a century old TV.
Mr. Kwao made the revelation after receiving a 43-inch flat screen TV donated by the MP while expressing gratitude. He also appealed to the member of parliament and the government to address the school’s infrastructure needs.
The headmaster’s plea underscores the need for increasing support to improve the learning environment and facilities at OSTECH, ensuring students have access to quality education in the Municipality.
Mr. Djabab was accompanied by a prominent delegation of party leaders and officials, the delegation includes, Mr. Dramani Sullemana, constituency chairman, Mr. Peter Yaw Awuranyi, former District Chief Executive(DCE), Mr. Safo Nketia, current Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Mr. Isaac Kwaku Kaliwa, constituency acting secretary, Mr. Mustapha Abdul-Ganiyu Zambruta, former communication Officer and other party members.
