The Voice of Development and Empowerment in Communities (VODEC Africa) will host the National Emerging Leaders Economic Forum (NELEF) 2025 on Monday, September 22, 2025, at the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) Auditorium, Accra, starting at 9:00 AM.
The event will feature Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, renowned businessman and politician, as the keynote speaker.
Held under the theme “Is There Enough Youth Empowerment? – The Gateway to Sustainable Economic Development,” the forum seeks to engage young leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and stakeholders in a national dialogue on the role of youth empowerment in driving long-term economic growth.

The program is powered by VODEC Africa in partnership with FeDems, NovaPlug, PMN, and Onaire. Media partners include Adom, Citi 97.3FM, GhanaWeb, Yen Ghana, and Ghor Media.
NELEF 2025 promises to provide thought-provoking discussions, networking opportunities, and actionable strategies for empowering Ghanaian and African youth to become catalysts for sustainable economic development.
