Ghana Secures New Scholarships for Capacity Building and Tertiary Education

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced the availability of new scholarships for Ghanaians through its diplomatic engagements with partner countries. These opportunities cover both short-term capacity-building training programmes and full tertiary education in various fields of study.

According to the Ministry, details of the training programmes have been uploaded on its official website https://mfa.gov.gh to make them easily accessible to the public. In addition, scholarships received from partner countries are transmitted to the Ghana Scholarships Secretariat, which oversees their distribution to qualified applicants.

The Ministry encouraged interested Ghanaians to apply directly via its website or contact the Ghana Scholarships Secretariat for information on available scholarships. Applicants may also direct inquiries to the Ministry through ipab@mfa.gov.gh.

Ghanaians have further been cautioned against engaging middlemen or intermediaries in the application process, as official information on scholarships is only provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ghana Scholarships Secretariat.

Reassuring the public, the Ministry reiterated its commitment to providing transparent and quality public service while ensuring citizens benefit fully from international cooperation in education and training.
