Black and Odd Appeals for Support to Promote Emotional Song “Makoma”

Ghanaian musician Kelvin Ansah Acheampong known in entertainment circles as Black and Odd has made an emotional appeal to the public, calling on Ghanaians to support his song “Makoma,” which he says was written from a deeply personal place.

According to the artist, Makoma was composed during a difficult period in his life and reflects real experiences and emotions he was going through at the time. He noted that seeing the song gain renewed attention and momentum has stirred strong emotions, reminding him of the journey behind its creation.

Despite the growing interest in the song, Black and Odd revealed that financial constraints have made it difficult for him to properly promote the track to reach a wider audience. He explained that he currently lacks the resources needed for effective promotion and marketing.

“I wrote this song straight from my heart based on what I was going through,” he said. “Seeing it gain momentum again makes me even more emotional. I need support to push this song out because I don’t have enough money to promote it.”

The artist has therefore appealed to Ghanaians, music lovers, and industry stakeholders to support Makoma by streaming, sharing, and helping spread the song across platforms.

Black and Odd expressed hope that with collective support, Makoma can reach the audience it deserves and inspire others who may be going through similar experiences.
