Special voting exercise in Krachi Nchumuru ends smoothly

The special voting exercise in Krachi Nchumuru constituency of the Oti Region, has come to close without any major incidents. A total of 359 cast their ballot out of 395 registered voters. The Ghana News Agency (GNA) observed that, the voting process was peaceful and orderly. Mr Adams Abdullah, the District Electoral Commission (EC), said sealed ballots had been kept at the armoury until after the December election. The Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship International (FGBMFI) Ghana has launched the Senior High Schools and Colleges Project (SCP) aimed at empowering and transforming the lives of young people. Madagascar (men and women) get wins over Rwanda and Egypt respectively to win the FIBA 3x3 Africa Cup 2024 on December 1.  It was a dominant run from the men as they went unbeaten on their way to the final, last defeating a gritty Algerian side in the Semis. High voter turnout recorded in special voting exercise at Ningo-Prampram

The special voting exercise in the Ningo-Prampram constituency recorded a high voter turnout, reflecting the readiness of eligible voters to participate in the democratic process. A total of 711 voters representing over 85 per cent of the expected 828 eligible voters on the special voters’ register cast their vote. A total of 348 made up of 204 males and 144 females cast their ballots at Centre ‘A’ while 363 comprising 213, and 150 males and females respectively participated in Centre ‘B’.
