Upper West Police Engage Wa West MP, DCE on Security Situation
The Upper West Regional Police Command has hosted the Member of Parliament for Wa West District, Hon. Peter Lanchene Toubu, and the District Chief Executive, Hon. Richard Wullo, during a courtesy visit aimed at strengthening collaboration on security issues in the district.
The meeting, which took place on March 5, 2026, focused on assessing the current security situation in the Wa West District and reviewing ongoing police operational strategies.
During the engagement, the Upper West Regional Police Commander, DCOP Francis Yiribaare, briefed the delegation on the progress of police investigations into several incidents recorded in the district over the past two years.
