Court Remands Suspect Over Alleged Attempted Murder and Causing Harm
The Berekum Circuit Court has remanded a suspect, Emmanuel Yeboah, into police custody for his alleged involvement in offences of attempted murder and causing harm.
The court, presided over by His Honour Mr. Osei Kofi Amoako Esq., made the order following the suspect’s appearance in court in connection with an attack that left two people seriously injured.
According to the Bono Regional Police Command, Emmanuel Yeboah was arrested on 3rd January 2026 after police received a report of a violent incident involving his brother and his brother’s wife. The victims reportedly sustained multiple injuries during the attack.
