THE CENTRAL EAST REGIONAL POLICE COMMAND CONDUCTS ANTI-CRIME SWOOP OPERATIONS.
The Central East Regional Police Command as part of the efforts to clamp down on activities of some criminal elements before, during and after the festive season, has conducted a series of intelligence-led Swoops within the Kasoa old market, Awutu Breku, Gomoa Buduata, Senya Breku and its environs respectively.
The targeted swoops which took place in the early hours of 16th and 17th December, 2025 across the mentioned areas led to the arrest of thirty -three (33) Suspects.Some of the suspects had substances suspected to be Indian hemp and some quantities of Tramadol in their possession. Forty-five (45) motorbikes were impounded in the process One (1) toy gun was also retrieved.
