President Mahama and Former President Akufo-Addo Share Warm Moments in Kwahu During Easter Festivities

In a heartwarming display of unity and statesmanship, President John Dramani Mahama and former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo met on the scenic hills of Kwahu during this year’s Easter celebrations.

The two leaders were seen exchanging pleasantries and sharing a light-hearted moment on Easter Sunday. The meeting marked a symbolic gesture of continuity and shared national heritage, as both leaders have traditionally participated in the Kwahu Easter festivities over the years.

“For nearly two decades, I have consistently made this pilgrimage to Kwahu during Easter, and this year was no different,” former President Akufo-Addo remarked. “It was a pleasure to meet President Mahama and share in the joy of this sacred period together.”

The annual Kwahu Easter celebration, known for its vibrant atmosphere and cultural significance, once again brought together thousands of revelers, dignitaries, and tourists to the Eastern Region of Ghana.
