The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has outlined clear procedural steps for the registration of additional delegates, following its recent announcement regarding delegate inclusion.
According to the party, prospective applicants are required to obtain official application forms, which are available at the Party Office or can be downloaded directly from the NPP’s official website: www.newpatrioticparty.org.
Once completed, the forms must be submitted to the appropriate organisational structure—be it the regional office, constituency office, or external branch office—for data capture.

A key requirement is the endorsement of forms before submission. The party emphasized that submissions without the necessary endorsements will not be processed. Specifically:
- Regional submissions must be endorsed by both the Regional Chairman and Secretary.
- Constituency submissions must be endorsed by both the Constituency Chairman and Secretary.
- External Branch submissions must be endorsed by both the External Branch Chairman and Secretary.
The Director of IT, Eric N. A. Ntori, stressed that IT and Research Officers at all levels will process only those forms bearing the requisite endorsements.
The move is expected to streamline the registration process and ensure proper verification as the party expands its delegate base.
