Mount Oliveth Methodist Church walks for peace
The members of the Mount Oliveth Society of the Methodist Church Ghana, have embarked on a peace walk to raise awareness among the populace on why Ghana’s peace must be promoted and protected.
The Peace March, which went through the principal streets of Lagos Town, Tanokrom, Anaji, and Kwesimintsim with placards such as “Unity in Diversity,” “Ghana is what we have,”“Violence Begets Violence,” “Let Your Thumb Do the Talking and Not Guns,” reminded Ghanaians also of their roles to cement the peace.
