The operation, carried out on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, targeted known drug peddling spots and criminal hideouts within Nkwatia Township and its surrounding communities. At Kwayeano, a suburb of Nkwatia, police undertook a meticulous cordon-and-search exercise that led to the recovery of forty-six (46) wraps of dried leaves suspected to be narcotic drugs.
