Former Ho MCE threatens legal action over false claims on Assembly project
Mr Richard Divine Bosson, the immediate past Municipal Chief Executive Officer (MCE) of Ho, has threatened legal action over viral claims that a ten-unit housing project in the city was his personal property.
A video circulating on social media shows the buildings neatly lined up and all at lentil level, and with the alleged narrator, Mr Stanley Nelvis Glatey, a National Democratic Congress Activist and Lecturer, alleging it was the private property of the MCE.
The voice is heard calling on the special asset recovery team, ‘Operation Recover All Loot’ (ORAL), set up by President Mahama to address alleged state capture, to investigate the housing project.
