On Wednesday, 3rd December 2025, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) officially launched its amended Constitution at the Party Headquarters in Accra, marking a major milestone in the party’s internal governance reforms.
The event brought together senior party leaders, government officials, and dedicated members, including Member of Parliament Patrick Yaw Boamah, who joined the gathering to celebrate the achievement.
According to Mr. Boamah, the revised Constitution represents “a significant step forward in strengthening the party’s foundations, enhancing fairness and inclusion, and positioning the NPP for sustained growth and future success.”

The amendment process, which involved months of consultation and input from various party structures, is expected to streamline internal processes, promote transparency, and improve participation at all levels of the party.
Mr. Boamah commended all individuals and committees who contributed to the successful revision of the party’s governing document, describing their work as vital to the continued progress of the NPP.
