Nkawkaw Paragliding Landing Site Ready Ahead of Kwahu Easter – Davis Ansah Opoku
The Member of Parliament for Mpraeso, Davis Ansah Opoku, has announced that the paragliding landing site at Nkawkaw is fully prepared ahead of this year’s Kwahu Easter celebrations.
According to the MP, the preparation follows concerns raised by organisers and some pilots about the condition of the landing site weeks before the festivities. In response, he engaged the Municipal Chief Executive for Kwahu South Municipal District to address the issue.
Mr. Opoku said after the concerns were communicated, the Chief of Staff at the Presidency, Julius Debrah, was briefed on the matter and quickly agreed to support and fund the necessary works needed to prepare the landing site.
