The Ministry of Health has created a Donation Desk to facilitate efforts by philanthropists and corporate entities that desired to bring medical equipment and materials outside of Ghana. Mr Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, the Minister of Health, announced this to the Parliamentary press corps in Accra on Tuesday, explaining that the move, would enable the Ministry to pursue tax waivers on those equipment or materials for the common good of the people of Ghana.
