Ellembelle MP supports constituent’s life-saving surgery 

Mr. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ellembelle Constituency, has extended a helping hand to Esther Kwaw from Nzema-Akropong who has been diagnosed with a right lung mass.
Eather to undergo thoracotomy at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, in Accra.

The estimated cost of the surgery is a significant burden for her family.

Mr. Joseph Agyekum, the District Chief Executive (DCE) of Ellembelle District Assembly, on behalf of Mr. Buah, presented an amount of GH₵30,000 to the Assembly member for Akropong.

The generous donation would cover part of the cost of Esther’s surgery.

The medical file, CR-A21-AAM7316, has been duly processed, and arrangements were underway for Esther’s admission to the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.

The DCE noted that the gesture by Mr.  Buah who doubles as the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, is a testament to his commitment to the healthcare needs and general welfare of his constituents. 

Mr. Agyekum observed that his compassion had brought hope and relief to Esther and her family.

He said the people of Ellembelle District appreciate Mr.  Buah’s kindness and look forward to his continued support and development initiatives.
