Ghana’s Minister for Education, Haruna Iddrisu, has expressed profound gratitude to the Overlord of Dagbon, Ya-Naa Abubakari II, for a thoughtful gesture of care and solidarity after his recent accident.
The gesture was conveyed through a high-powered delegation from the Dagbon Palace, dispatched at the personal initiative of the Ya-Naa. The delegation was led by the Paramount Chief of Zangbalun, Naa Dr. Yakubu Mahama, who visited the minister at his residence to deliver a message of goodwill and encouragement.
According to the delegation, the Ya-Naa emphasized the importance of the minister’s health and well-being, stating, “We need you healthy and strong. Ghana’s children need their Education Minister well and focused.”

He expressed sincere appreciation to the Ya-Naa and the entire delegation for their prayers, support, and kind words during his recovery.
