Award-winning Ghanaian rapper Medikal has officially revealed the tracklist for his much-anticipated studio album, Disturbation II. The project, released under his Beyond Kontrol imprint, comes as a follow-up to his debut Disturbation album and is set to make waves both locally and internationally.
The album contains a rich lineup of 17 tracks, blending Medikal’s signature rap style with diverse themes ranging from ambition and struggle to love, growth, and street survival.
Key tracks on the project include Sometimes (Intro), Rainy Days, Ghana Boy, Veteran, and Thoughts. Medikal also flexes his lyrical muscles with Kwasia Bi (Diss) and maintains his energetic party vibe on songs like No Stopping and Baddie.

Disturbation II boasts heavyweight collaborations with some of Ghana’s finest talents. Shatta Wale features on I Did It and the street anthem Shoulder (also featuring Beeztrap KOTM). Sarkodie joins forces with Medikal on ĐND, while fast-rising stars Olivetheboy (Too Bad) and Lalid (Fully Active) also add their unique flavors to the project.
On the production side, the album is predominantly produced, mixed, and mastered by Atown TSB, with Beatz Vampire credited for production on track 13.
Medikal and Gaza Stunner handled art direction for the project, while Beyond Kontrol emphasized that all rights to the album are reserved, with strict restrictions on unauthorized reproduction or public performance.
The rapper, who continues to cement his place in Africa’s hip-hop and Afrobeats scene, describes Disturbation II as more than just an album—it’s a statement of resilience, creativity, and global ambition.
With the blend of hard-hitting rap, infectious hooks, and star-studded collaborations, fans and music lovers can expect Disturbation II to dominate the charts and reaffirm Medikal’s reputation as one of Ghana’s most consistent hitmakers.
