The National Service Authority (NSA), in collaboration with the Ghana Publishing Company Limited, has announced the introduction of a special emergency gazette service desk at the NSA Head Office in Accra.
The initiative, which takes effect from Monday, October 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., aims to support national service personnel and prospective graduates who are facing challenges related to name discrepancies or require gazette publications as part of their National Service enrollment and documentation process.
According to a statement issued by the Corporate Affairs Directorate of the NSA, the move forms part of broader efforts to enhance convenience and efficiency in the registration and deployment processes for service personnel.

Officials from the Ghana Publishing Company will be stationed at the NSA premises to provide on-site gazette services exclusively for graduates with documentation concerns. This measure is expected to eliminate the need for affected individuals to travel to external offices, thereby saving time and expediting the resolution of administrative challenges.
“The Authority encourages all affected graduates to take full advantage of this opportunity to regularize their documentation and avoid unnecessary delays in their registration and deployment,” the statement read.
The National Service Authority reaffirmed its commitment to improving service delivery and promoting seamless administrative processes for all national service personnel and stakeholders.
This collaborative intervention underscores the shared vision of both the NSA and the Ghana Publishing Company to support the smooth transition of graduates into national service and ensure that bureaucratic barriers do not hinder their participation.
