Take advantage of technology to advance in your profession- medical students advised
Medical students have been urged to take advantage of the technological era and change with time to advance in the profession, considering the fast and exponential pace at which study and practice are growing.
Professor Afua A.J. Hesse, the President of the Accra College of Medicine (ACM), said the younger generation must grasp the study opportunities available, which never existed in the past, to attain the professional heights they aspired to.
Prof Hesse gave the advice at the 10th matriculation ceremony of the ACM on Friday to officially welcome the new batch of students.
She said in recent years, advancements in technology had revolutionised the acquisition of medical knowledge, its dissemination, and application.
