Atta Akyea: Adu-Boahene and wife still behind bars at EOCO
Kwabena Adu-Boahene, the former Director-General of the National Signals Bureau (NSB), and his wife, Angela Adjei-Boateng, remain in custody at the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) headquarters, according to their lawyer, Samuel Atta Akyea.
The couple has been detained as investigations into allegations of financial misconduct and corruption continue.
Speaking on the matter in an interview on the Citi Prime News, Akyea expressed confidence in his client’s resilience and determination to see justice prevail.
“He is still behind bars at EOCO headquarters, and I know he is determined to relax until justice will set him free,” the lawyer stated.
