Canadian High Commission Expresses Condolences Over Ghana Helicopter Crash Tragedy
The High Commission of Canada in Ghana has extended its heartfelt condolences to the Government and people of Ghana following the tragic military helicopter crash that claimed the lives of eight individuals, including two serving Cabinet Ministers.
In an official statement released on Wednesday, the Canadian mission expressed deep sorrow over the deaths of Dr. Edward Kofi Omane Boamah, Minister for Defence, and Dr. Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed, Minister for Environment, Science and Technology.
“The High Commission of Canada extends heartfelt condolences to the Government and people of Ghana on the tragic loss of Dr Edward Kofi Omane Boamah and Dr Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed,” the statement read.
