Let us rise above partisan politics to develop our district – DCE
Mr Abubakar Sedik, District Chief Executive (DCE) for Ahafo Ano South West, has called on the Assembly members to rise above partisan and personal interests to discuss issues and make vital decisions for the collective development efforts of the area.
He said the district, which was one of the deprived districts in Ghana, needed the collective efforts of all stakeholders to help build the needed infrastructure to improve the living conditions and the socio-economic lives of the people.
Speaking at the first ordinary meeting of the assembly at Mankranso, Mr Sedik pointed out that the assembly needed the collective efforts of all residents to speed up the development agenda.
