Afcon Qualifier: Black Stars arrive in Moroccco for Niger clash

The Black Stars have arrived in Oujda, Morocco for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations Group F qualifier against Niger. Twenty three players made the trip after Joseph Painstil pulled out due to Passport issues. The Los Angeles Galaxy forward has been left in Accra to sort out his passport issues before returning to the United States to join his club. Ghana lost to Angola on Thursday and need a response against Niger on to be in contention for one of the two slots in the Group. The Black Stars will train on Saturday and Sunday before taking on the Menas of Niger at the Berkane Municipal Stadium on Monday, September 9, 2024.
