Foundation donates sanitary pads, stationery to Kpatia schools
The BJL Koumase Foundation, a non-governmental organisation, has donated sanitary pads and educational materials to pupils of the Kpatia Primary and Junior High Schools in the Talensi District.
The items included 96 sanitary pads for adolescent girls, and writing materials such as 300 exercise books, boxes of pens, pencils, and erasers for both boys and girls.
The donation was part of the Foundation’s efforts to promote education and menstrual hygiene among schoolchildren in deprived communities.
