Police commend public for cooperation during President, Vice-President’s swearing-in ceremony
The Ghana Police Service has expressed gratitude to the public for their patience and cooperation during the swearing-in ceremony of the President and Vice-President on January 7, 2025.
In a statement released in Accra by Madam Grace Ansah-Akrofi, Assistant Commissioner of Police and Director of Public Affairs, the Police extended special thanks to the motoring public for their understanding during the temporary road closures and traffic diversions in Accra associated with the event.
The statement emphasized the Police's ongoing commitment to ensuring peace, security, and order across the country and urged the public to continue their support.
