Ghana Catholic Bishops’ Conference Mourns Victims of Asikaman Helicopter Crash
The Ghana Catholic Bishops’ Conference has expressed deep sorrow and solidarity following the tragic helicopter crash at Asikaman near Akrofuom, which claimed the lives of eight prominent Ghanaians, including key government officials and military personnel.
In a solemn statement released during their August Plenary Assembly at the National Catholic Secretariat in Accra, the Conference paid tribute to the victims, describing them as “men of proven dedication” who served Ghana with integrity, commitment, and honour.
