Mr. Collins Yaw Ahenkora Castro has officially decided to contest the upcoming NPP Oti Region Chairmanship.
Mr. Castro, currently serving as the Regional 1st Vice Chairman, believes the region is in dire need of leadership, rather than mere management, prompting his decision to pursue the top position.
