FAAN Addresses Incident Involving K1 De Ultimate at Abuja Airport
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has officially addressed an incident involving renowned Fuji musician, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, and a pilot from ValueJet Airlines at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.
The altercation occurred on the morning of Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at the domestic terminal as passengers were boarding ValueJet Airlines Flight VK 201 bound for Lagos.
According to a statement issued by FAAN’s Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Mrs. Obiageli Orah, the musician attempted to carry an unidentified liquid substance aboard the aircraft.
