Experimento Ghana LBG provides training for science, IT teachers in Arduino programming
Experimento Ghana LBG, a non governmental organisation, in partnership with the Ghana Education Service, has provided training for science and IT teachers in Arduino programming.
The goal is to enhance Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education in schools by equipping teachers with the skills to use Arduino.
Arduino is an open-source electronic prototyping platform which enables users to create interactive electronic objects.
A total of 50 science and IT teachers from five
districts- Adaklu, Ho West, South Dayi, Agotime Ziope and Ho Municipal participated in the training.
The participants were introduced to Arduino software to enable them read inputs and explore technological developments.
