NPP Denies Allegations of Contract with Ukrainian PR Firm for Smear Campaign
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has strongly refuted allegations that it engaged the services of a Ukrainian public relations firm, Brandcom, to conduct an online smear campaign ahead of the 2024 general elections.
This follows a report published by AllAfrica.com on July 31, 2025, under the headline, “Ukrainian PR Agency Demands $280,000 From Ghana’s NPP for Online Smear Campaign,” which claimed that Brandcom was owed money by the ruling party for digital activities during the previous election cycle.
