President Mahama grateful to Chiefs, people of Bono East for his re-election
President John Draduring Mahama on Thursday expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the chiefs and people of Bono East for his 2024 electoral victory, reaffirming his commitment to ‘reset’ the nation.
The President said he was very grateful to the chiefs and people of the region for giving him another opportunity to steer the affairs of the nation for the next four years.
Describing his re-election as in the supreme interest of the nation, President Mahama said the electorate voted for unity and development, saying he was happy the chiefs and people of Bono east had faith in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government in developing the region and the nation by extension.
